MobiControl has remote control ability to access Windows Mobile Devices, Samsung Android devices, as well as remote view of any IOS device. Once a device is provisioned it is no longer needs to be physically touched by anyone but the user. Any information, settings, rules, updates, deployments or configurations of any type can be pushed to the device remotely on an as needed basis or pre-determined by a scheduled date. MobiControl also offers a variety of reports in regards to devices and health of the MobiControl system that can be accessed by the administrator.
